Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

Service Not Delivered or Activated

If your subscription or purchased service has not been activated within the promised time, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may request a full refund.

Service Malfunction or Technical Issues

If our push notification service fails to function as described due to a system issue on our end, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund based on the service impact.

Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate amount upon verification.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind: If you decide that you no longer need the service after purchase.

  • Partial Usage: If you have already sent push notifications and then request a refund for the remaining duration.

  • Violation of Terms: If your account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.

  • Third-Party Issues: We are not responsible for refunding payments due to third-party integrations, browser restrictions, or external service failures.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing time.
